When creating an activity you have the option of selecting which behaviors are most important to the position as well as the organization. This is done after selecting the assessment and then selecting "SET KEY BEHAVIORS" in the Key Behaviors section of Add Assessment.
While selecting key behaviors is optional, it is highly recommended that you do so. Selecting key behaviors allows the calculating of a participants overall score by measuring how well the participant’s responses match the behavior profile you have selected. This is beneficial for analyzing participant results and gives a clear indication of a participants suitability for a position and your organization.
The maximum number of behaviors that may be selected may vary between assessments and is indicated in the page instructions.

When selecting behaviors, consider both the organization as well as the job description and other position-relevant details. This is an opportunity to measure for an organization's values and culture as well as the traits that are necessary to successfully execute the role.
